Therapy that helps you reclaim your story

How I Can Support You

  • Healing trauma- The past has a way of sticking around — not just in memories, but in how we feel, relate, and react. Using gentle, neuroscience-based therapy (like Internal Family Systems and EMDR), we’ll work together to bring relief to the parts of you that have been holding too much for too long — so you can experience more ease in the here and now.

  • Recovery from narcissistic or emotional abuse- If you’ve been in relationships that left you doubting yourself or walking on eggshells, therapy can help you come back to your own inner compass. We’ll focus on restoring self-trust, building boundaries that feel safe and empowered, and rediscovering your sense of self.

  • Perinatal & fertility support- Navigate IVF, pregnancy, The road to and through parenthood can be joyful, overwhelming, and everything in between. Whether you’re navigating IVF, identity shifts, or the emotional fog of postpartum, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

  • Anxiety, depression, & grief relief- These experiences are part of being human — and they don’t mean you’re broken. We’ll gently explore the parts of you carrying worry, sadness, or loss, and work toward more clarity, compassion, and space to breathe.

  • Neurodivergent-affirming therapy- You’re not too much or not enough — your brain is just beautifully wired. Whether you're ADHD, autistic, or somewhere in between, this is a radically accepting space where you can show up as your whole self.

Hi, I'm Jackie. I’m a Arizona-based therapist, a new mom, and someone who believes healing happens when we’re met with compassion — not pressure to change.I work with people who are feeling weighed down — by past experiences, anxious thoughts, relationship pain, or the quiet overwhelm of everyday life — and who want to feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves in the present. My role isn’t to fix or direct you, but to offer a steady, supportive space where your inner world can be heard and gently explored.Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported children (including those in the foster care system), teens, and adults through many life transitions. These days, I primarily work with teens and adults navigating emotionally complex or tender seasons. Sessions are tailored to your needs and your pace — always collaborative, never one-size-fits-all.I offer virtual sessions across Arizona, so you can access support from wherever feels most comfortable — your home office, a quiet moment in your car, or your living room during naptime.I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and am completing certification in EMDR. These neuroscience-informed, parts-based approaches help us understand how past burdens are still shaping the present — and how we can create more space, calm, and connection from within. That said, the heart of my work isn’t technique — it’s relationship. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a little bit of humor to every session, and I welcome every part of you to show up — even the ones that feel messy, unsure, or unfinished.
